Joining Forces with RSM

We have joined forces with RSM US LLP, where we are offering integrated, holistic human capital solutions.

On May 1, 2023, RSM US LLP acquired the equity of Wise Consulting Associates, Inc., and we are now a wholly owned independent operating subsidiary of RSM US LLP.

Our clients will continue to receive the same Ceridian, UKG and payroll services from our dedicated team, with our same industry-leading support and service. We can now also offer access to expanded human capital services from RSM, including organizational design, compensation and benefits review, workforce and HR transformation, and HR outsourcing and strategy services, along with RSM’s broad range of consulting offerings and its world-class assurance and tax services.

We are pleased to take this step forward as part of a firm that shares a similar culture, values, client service approach and entrepreneurial spirit.

We will operate as Wise Consulting Associates, LLC, until late 2023 when we will retire the Wise Consulting brand and align with RSM’s brand and its operations systems.
